Razelle Kurzrock is a leading precision oncology pioneer whose research on tumor mutational burden as a pan-cancer immunotherapy biomarker has been highly influential. She has led Phase 2 basket trial programs evaluating immunotherapy in TMB-high tumors across multiple histologies. Her work on molecular tumor boards and biomarker-matched therapy has advanced personalized cancer treatment. She continues to push the boundaries of early-phase precision immunotherapy trials at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
