Razelle Kurzrock

Razelle Kurzrock is a pioneer of molecularly matched therapy and pan-cancer biomarker-driven clinical trials. At MD Anderson, she built the IMPACT (Initiative for Molecular Profiling and Advanced Cancer Therapy) program, one of the world's first large-scale molecular tumor board programs demonstrating that matching therapy to molecular alterations regardless of histology improves outcomes. Her work fundamentally influenced FDA approval of tumor-agnostic indications and design of tissue-agnostic basket trials. Kurzrock has published extensively on molecular heterogeneity, serial biopsies, and ctDNA monitoring in early-phase trials.
