Raymond Comenzo

Raymond Comenzo has been at the forefront of amyloidosis treatment research for over two decades, contributing foundational work on bortezomib-based regimens and autologous stem cell transplantation. He led important studies of bortezomib-cyclophosphamide-dexamethasone (CyBorD/VCd) as a platform regimen in AL amyloidosis and developed criteria for monitoring hematologic and organ responses. He is a leading advocate for amyloid-specific clinical trial design.
