Rami Komrokji

Rami Komrokji is a highly regarded clinical investigator in myelodysplastic syndromes who has contributed extensively to MDS risk stratification systems including the IPSS-R. His research spans the full spectrum of MDS subtypes from low-risk disease requiring supportive care to high-risk disease warranting hypomethylating agent therapy. He has led multiple clinical trials of novel MDS therapies and contributed to national and international MDS treatment guidelines. He is a prolific educator and mentor in hematologic malignancies.
