Rachel Bhatt

Rachel Bhatt investigates irreversible electroporation (IRE) as a non-thermal ablation modality for tumors in challenging anatomical locations at Mayo Clinic. Her research has characterized the safety and efficacy of IRE for pancreatic and peri-hilar tumors where thermal ablation is hazardous. She has contributed to understanding the immunological responses elicited by IRE and developing combination protocols with immunotherapy.
