Sergio Quezada at UCL leads research on regulatory T cell biology, CTLA-4 mechanism of action, and Treg-depleting antibody strategies. He has also studied engineered cytokines including IL-2 variants that preferentially expand effector T cells. His work links Treg biology and cytokine engineering to cancer immunotherapy.
