Vinay Puttanniah

Vinay Puttanniah is one of a small number of physicians worldwide performing percutaneous cordotomy for refractory unilateral cancer pain, preserving and advancing this highly effective but technically demanding procedure at Memorial Sloan Kettering. His expertise in neuromodulation approaches including spinal cord stimulation for cancer-related pain has expanded the interventional toolkit available to oncology patients. He contributes to national guidelines on the role of ablative and neuromodulatory procedures in cancer pain management.
