Priya Bhatt investigates UPR activation as a therapeutic target in solid tumors including pancreatic and breast cancer, focusing on the clinical translation of ER stress biology. Her research has characterized UPR pathway activation patterns across solid tumor types and their association with therapeutic resistance and patient prognosis.
