Dr. Priscilla Brastianos is a neuro-oncologist at MGH with expertise in the genomic landscape of brain metastases and leptomeningeal disease. She performed seminal genomic analyses revealing clinically actionable mutations unique to brain metastases not present in primary tumors, including PIK3CA and CDK4/6 alterations. Her research also advances intrathecal and CNS-penetrant targeted therapy approaches for leptomeningeal carcinomatosis.
