Graeme Poston is a leading hepatobiliary surgeon who helped define modern resectability criteria for colorectal liver metastases (CRLM) and promoted multidisciplinary team management. He co-authored European consensus guidelines on CRLM and led conversion chemotherapy studies. His work shifted CRLM care from a surgical specialty to a multimodal discipline.
