Matthew Porteus is a leader in translating CRISPR gene correction into clinical therapies for hematologic disease and cancer. His laboratory developed homology directed repair approaches for hematopoietic stem cells and edited CAR-T cells. He co-founded Graphite Bio and CRISPR Therapeutics.
