Pier Luigi Zinzani is a preeminent Italian hematologist with extensive expertise in indolent lymphomas including all subtypes of marginal zone lymphoma. He has led important Italian and international trials evaluating BTK inhibitors, obinutuzumab, and lenalidomide in MZL. His long-standing contributions to splenic, nodal, and extranodal MZL treatment algorithms have shaped European practice guidelines.
