👥Biography 个人简介

Phil Greenberg has been a pioneer in developing antigen-specific adoptive T cell therapy for cancer, demonstrating that T cells recognizing defined tumor antigens can be isolated, expanded, and transferred to patients to achieve anti-tumor immunity. His laboratory established the scientific framework for engineered T cell therapies that led to modern CAR-T cell and TCR-T cell approaches. He developed methods for generating tumor antigen-specific T cell clones for adoptive transfer. His work on T cell-mediated tumor rejection established fundamental principles that guide the entire field of cellular immunotherapy.
