Peter Rosen investigates the molecular underpinnings of mantle cell lymphoma, with particular focus on cyclin D1 overexpression, SOX11 expression, and secondary genomic events that drive aggressive disease. His translational research has identified key biomarkers of high-risk MCL and informed the development of novel targeted therapies. He collaborates extensively with European MCL Network investigators.
