Dr. Peter Bhatt is a hematologic oncologist and translational scientist specializing in T-cell engaging bispecific antibodies. His laboratory investigates mechanisms of blinatumomab resistance in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia including CD19 downregulation, T-cell exhaustion, and immunosuppressive microenvironment factors. He leads early-phase trials evaluating novel BiTE formats and combination strategies to overcome blinatumomab resistance.
