Dr. Paul Tumeh is a cutaneous oncologist and translational immunologist at UCLA who has studied B7-H3 (CD276) expression and immune regulatory function across multiple solid tumors. B7-H3 is broadly overexpressed across many cancers and has emerged as a target for ADC and checkpoint antibody strategies. He has contributed to biomarker analyses of B7-H3 in the context of other checkpoint pathways and tumor immune phenotyping.
