Paul Parren at Leiden University is an internationally recognized expert in antibody engineering including bispecific antibody formats and Fc engineering. His laboratory has contributed to the development of multiple bispecific antibody platforms including DUOBODY and other IgG-based bispecific formats. He has worked at the interface of structural biology and therapeutic antibody engineering to optimize tumor cell killing mechanisms. His expertise spans blinatumomab-related BiTE technology to next-generation CD3-engaging bispecifics across hematologic and solid tumors.
