Paul Baas

Paul Baas at the Netherlands Cancer Institute led the STELLAR trial demonstrating improved outcomes with tumor treating fields plus pemetrexed-based chemotherapy in pleural mesothelioma, contributing to TTFields regulatory approval for this indication. His comprehensive mesothelioma research program has also included evaluation of immunotherapy and targeted agents. He has been a key European mesothelioma researcher and has contributed to multiple EORTC and European collaborative trials.
