Patrick Wen is a leading clinical trials investigator for glioblastoma and has led multiple phase I and II trials of novel agents in GBM. He co-developed the RANO (Response Assessment in Neuro-Oncology) criteria which standardized GBM response assessment globally. His work has evaluated bevacizumab, immunotherapy combinations, and targeted agents in both newly diagnosed and recurrent GBM.
