Dr. Pasi Janne is a world-renowned thoracic oncologist and basic scientist who has shaped the landscape of targeted therapy in lung cancer. His team identified key resistance mechanisms to KRAS G12C inhibitors and demonstrated that combining SHP2 inhibitors with KRAS G12C blockade can overcome adaptive feedback. He is a principal investigator on trials combining sotorasib or adagrasib with SHP2 inhibitors such as TNO155.
