Nickolas Papadopoulos

Nickolas Papadopoulos co-developed the CancerSEEK multi-analyte blood test combining ctDNA mutations with protein biomarkers for multi-cancer early detection and has been a pioneer in applying similar approaches to MRD monitoring. His laboratory at Johns Hopkins has advanced ultrasensitive mutation detection methods including SafeSeqS technology that achieves the analytical sensitivity required for post-treatment residual disease assessment. His work bridges early detection and MRD monitoring through shared technological platforms.
