Nicholas Papadopoulos

Nicholas Papadopoulos co-developed CancerSEEK, a multi-analyte blood test combining cfDNA mutations with protein biomarkers for multi-cancer early detection, and has been instrumental in integrating fragmentomics features into next-generation liquid biopsy platforms. His work on combining genomic, fragmentomic, and proteomic features in a single assay has achieved unprecedented sensitivity for early-stage cancers. His leadership of large-scale prospective clinical trials has established the clinical validity of cfDNA-based multi-cancer screening in asymptomatic populations.
