David Palma is principal investigator of the SABR-COMET randomized trial that demonstrated an overall survival benefit of stereotactic ablative radiation for oligometastatic cancer. He is a leading voice in oligometastatic clinical research globally. His work established level 1 evidence for ablative therapy in oligometastatic disease.
