Michael Overman led the CheckMate 142 trial demonstrating efficacy of nivolumab with and without ipilimumab in MSI-H metastatic CRC. His extensive work on immunotherapy in GI cancers has established treatment paradigms for both common and rare GI malignancies. He continues to investigate novel combination strategies and biomarker-driven approaches.
