Antonio Omuro chairs neuro-oncology at Yale and has led trials of R-MPV (rituximab, methotrexate, procarbazine, vincristine) followed by consolidation for PCNSL. He has studied reduced-dose whole-brain radiation and transplant consolidation. His work optimizes PCNSL outcomes while limiting neurotoxicity.
