Olivier Chinot led the AVAglio trial investigating bevacizumab with radiotherapy and temozolomide in newly diagnosed glioblastoma, defining the role and limitations of anti-angiogenic therapy in GBM. His work shaped understanding of progression-free survival as an endpoint in GBM trials. He continues to contribute to European neuro-oncology platform trials.
