Kutluk Oktay is a reproductive endocrinologist who pioneered ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation for fertility preservation in women facing cancer treatment. He performed some of the first live births after orthotopic ovarian tissue transplantation. His laboratory research illuminated BRCA-associated ovarian aging and DNA damage biology.
