Noopur Raje is a myeloma specialist leading the MGH myeloma program who has been a principal investigator in pivotal trials of BCMA-directed CAR-T therapies and bispecific T-cell engagers. She participated in the KarMMa trial of idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel) and multiple bispecific antibody trials including teclistamab (MajesTEC-1) and elranatamab. Her research encompasses mechanisms of BCMA antigen loss and resistance to immunotherapy, and she investigates strategies for sequencing novel immunotherapy in heavily pre-treated myeloma. She also studies smoldering myeloma interception strategies.
