Noel Clarke

Noel Clarke leads the NHS-Galleri trial, the world's largest randomized controlled trial of multi-cancer early detection enrolling approximately 140,000 participants aged 50-77 from the UK National Health Service to determine whether Galleri screening reduces late-stage cancer diagnosis and improves cancer outcomes in a real-world healthcare setting. His trial design addresses the critical question of whether MCED-detected cancers result in meaningful stage shift and survival benefit at the population level. He has navigated the complex integration of MCED testing within an established national health system with existing screening programs.
