Nitzan Rosenfeld

Nitzan Rosenfeld is a leader in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) technology who developed CAPP-Seq (Cancer Personalized Profiling by deep Sequencing) for ultrasensitive ctDNA detection. His research has demonstrated ctDNA-based minimal residual disease detection capabilities far beyond conventional imaging in lymphoma and solid tumors. He has pioneered fragmentomics analysis of cell-free DNA to infer cell-of-origin and tissue type in multi-cancer early detection contexts. His methodological advances have pushed ctDNA sensitivity limits and expanded liquid biopsy applications across the cancer care continuum.
