Nir Hacohen

Nir Hacohen is a leading immunologist whose work has transformed our understanding of neoantigen presentation and cancer immune responses. He developed computational methods to predict neoantigen immunogenicity and identify which neoantigens are most likely to elicit therapeutic T cell responses. His research at the Broad Institute has provided critical insights into the mechanisms by which tumors evade immune recognition. He co-developed the RNA-based neoantigen vaccine approach tested in multiple clinical trials.
