👥Biography 个人简介

Laura Niedernhofer co-discovered fisetin as a potent natural senolytic and has advanced it through preclinical and clinical evaluation for aging and cancer prevention. Her ERCC1 DNA repair-deficient mouse models demonstrate accelerated senescent cell accumulation and cancer susceptibility that is reversed by senolytic treatment. She leads the AFFIRM-LITE clinical trial evaluating fisetin for reduction of senescent cell burden and cancer-related biomarkers in older adults.
