Neville Sanjana

Neville Sanjana develops CRISPR-based genomic tools and has applied large-scale CRISPR screens to systematically identify cancer dependencies and potential therapeutic targets. His laboratory has contributed improved CRISPR library designs and analysis methods that have been widely adopted for cancer target discovery. He has applied CRISPR screens to understand drug resistance mechanisms and identify combination therapy strategies. His work bridges functional genomics with therapeutic discovery across multiple cancer types.
