Sattva Neelapu is a pioneer of CAR-T cell therapy who led the landmark ZUMA-1 trial establishing axi-cel for relapsed/refractory DLBCL. His work on cytokine release syndrome management protocols has become the standard of care. He continues to advance CAR-T manufacturing improvements and combination strategies to enhance durability of responses.
