👥Biography 个人简介

Nathanael Gray at Stanford is one of the world's foremost kinase inhibitor chemists, having made foundational contributions to the design of selective covalent kinase inhibitors including early work on covalent BTK inhibitors that preceded ibrutinib. His laboratory develops chemical probes and drug candidates targeting oncogenic kinases with a focus on achieving superior selectivity through covalent and allosteric mechanisms. He contributed critical chemical biology tools for KRAS inhibitor development. His systematic approach to building kinase inhibitor libraries and probing kinase biology has enabled numerous drug discovery programs across academia and industry.
