Sunitha Nagrath

Sunitha Nagrath developed the herringbone CTC chip that uses microvortex mixing to achieve enhanced CTC capture efficiency, and has pioneered combined CTC and exosome analysis from single blood samples for comprehensive liquid biopsy. Her work on CTC cluster biology has demonstrated that clusters harbor distinct genomic and epigenomic features driving their enhanced metastatic potential. She leads translational CTC programs for early detection of pancreatic and ovarian cancers.
