Nabil Bhatt has pioneered HER2-targeted CAR-T cell therapy for solid tumors, particularly osteosarcoma and other HER2-expressing pediatric cancers. His research has established safety profiles for HER2 CAR-T in patients who have failed standard therapies. He has developed armored CAR-T constructs that secrete cytokines to remodel the tumor microenvironment. His clinical trials have demonstrated durable responses in a subset of HER2-positive solid tumor patients.
