👥Biography 个人简介

Bernhard Moser characterized the chemokine receptor profiles governing gamma-delta T cell trafficking to tumor sites, demonstrating that Vgamma9Vdelta2 T cells express CCR5 and CXCR3 enabling recruitment to inflamed tumor microenvironments while tissue-resident Vdelta1 cells depend on distinct homing receptors. His work showed that tumors can exclude gamma-delta T cells by downregulating key chemokines, and that local chemokine delivery strategies can restore gamma-delta T cell infiltration and tumor control. He has mapped the tissue-specific distribution of gamma-delta T cell subsets across human cancers.
