👥Biography 个人简介

Simone Moorlag developed standardized biomarker assays for measuring trained immunity induction in clinical cancer trials, establishing cytokine production capacity, epigenetic modification quantification, and metabolic profiling protocols that enable objective assessment of immune training status in patients. Her clinical studies demonstrated that BCG revaccination in cancer patients induces measurable trained immunity that correlates with improved treatment outcomes in non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. She leads the clinical biomarker program for trained immunity-based cancer immunotherapy trials across multiple European centers.
