Arta Monjazeb has pioneered the combination of stereotactic radiation with intratumoral immunotherapy to enhance in situ vaccination effects. His clinical trials combining focused radiation with intratumoral immune agonists have demonstrated synergistic anti-tumor immunity beyond either approach alone. He has advanced understanding of how radiation-mediated immunogenic cell death synergizes with intratumoral immune stimulation.
