Michelle Monje is the world authority on diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma biology, establishing patient-derived models and discovering neuron-to-glioma electrochemical signaling. Her translational work has advanced ONC201/imipridones, GD2 CAR-T, and activity-based targeting in DIPG. She co-leads multiple international DIPG consortia.
