👥Biography 个人简介

Michael Bhatt investigates how regulatory T cells suppress cancer vaccine-induced immunity and strategies to overcome this suppression. His research demonstrated that low-dose cyclophosphamide can selectively deplete Tregs and enhance cancer vaccine responses in clinical trials. He has characterized how Treg-mediated suppression mechanisms differ between peripheral and tumor-draining lymph node Tregs. His work combining Treg depletion with cancer vaccines has informed optimal scheduling and dosing strategies to maximize vaccine-induced antitumor immunity.
