Meletios Dimopoulos is a globally recognized expert in plasma cell disorders and Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia who has contributed seminal studies on rituximab-based regimens in WM, including the important DRC (dexamethasone-rituximab-cyclophosphamide) regimen. He described IgM flare as a clinically important phenomenon during rituximab initiation in WM. His research spans both WM and multiple myeloma with over 700 publications.
