Mei Bhatt

Mei Bhatt applies deep learning to digital pathology slides to extract quantitative biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and drug response prediction. Her algorithms analyze spatial tumor-immune cell relationships, predict genomic alterations from H&E images, and identify prognostic features invisible to the human eye. She develops AI tools for drug discovery programs that use pathology-based response readouts to accelerate preclinical and clinical candidate evaluation. Her work is helping translate computational pathology from research to clinical-grade diagnostic applications.
