Meera Bhatt

Meera Bhatt develops next-generation proteomics platforms for comprehensive characterization of plasma proteins as cancer biomarkers, integrating phosphoproteomics and post-translational modification profiling. Her research has identified phosphoprotein cancer signatures in plasma that reflect tumor signaling pathway activation, providing mechanistic insight beyond conventional protein abundance measurements. She developed computational methods for multi-omic integration of protein, cfDNA, and miRNA liquid biopsy data to maximize diagnostic performance. Her work is advancing deep plasma proteomics for cancer detection and treatment monitoring.
