Mary McCabe is a nurse leader who built one of the earliest comprehensive survivorship programs at Memorial Sloan Kettering and helped define the role of survivorship care plans in transitioning patients from active treatment. She has contributed to IOM reports and national consensus on survivorship care. Her work shaped how major cancer centers deliver long-term follow-up.
