👥Biography 个人简介

Matthew Ellis at Baylor has co-led the CPTAC (Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium) cancer proteogenomics project — integrating proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and genomics to provide a multi-dimensional molecular portrait of cancer. His work on breast cancer proteogenomics has revealed post-translational regulatory layers invisible to genomics alone, identifying functional pathway activities relevant to cancer biology and treatment response.
