Marta Łuksza
PhD
Assistant Professor of Oncological Sciences
👥Biography 个人简介
Marta Luksza developed the neoantigen fitness model predicting immunotherapy response based on the evolutionary fitness of tumor neoantigens and their HLA presentation potential. Her computational framework integrates HLA diversity, neoantigen clonal architecture, and immunogenic peptide properties to predict IO benefit across cancers. Her work provides a mechanistic basis linking HLA genotype diversity to immunotherapy response and contributes to the theoretical foundation for rational neoantigen vaccine design. Luksza collaborates with oncology teams to validate computational IO biomarker predictions in clinical datasets.
