Marie-Catherine Vozenin

Marie-Catherine Vozenin has led the biological characterization of the FLASH radiotherapy effect, demonstrating in preclinical and veterinary studies that FLASH irradiation preserves lung, brain, and skin tissue while maintaining anti-tumor efficacy. Her cat and pig studies provided the critical large-animal evidence supporting FLASH clinical translation. She has elucidated the immunological and molecular mechanisms underlying differential FLASH effects on tumors versus normal tissue.
