Margaret Tempero

Margaret Tempero chairs the NCCN Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Guidelines Panel and has been instrumental in translating adjuvant trial evidence including PRODIGE 24 and ESPAC-4 into practical clinical algorithms. Her research has examined the role of gemcitabine dosing intensity and combination strategies in adjuvant and advanced PDAC. She leads the UCSF Pancreas Center and contributes to multidisciplinary management approaches for resected and unresectable PDAC. Tempero has been a leading voice in pancreatic cancer patient advocacy and education globally.
